Helping in the kitchen provides an excellent opportunity for them to receive praise and to feel included in the daily life of the family. There are tasks appropriate for each age, so the whole family can get involved. The best part is tasting the healthy creations that they helped to make!

As adults, it is our job to explain to children the importance of healthy ingredients in our daily cooking.
