Veronica Tietzsch believes that when you have a dream, you have to firmly believe in it, work tirelessly to achieve it and persevere in order to make it a reality. Veronica holds a degree in Architecture from the Universidad Anáhuac in Mexico City, but when she arrived in Vancouver, BC to begin a new life together with her family, she knew she wanted to make a big change in her life.
Veronica returned to school to become a Chef and graduated from Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts in Vancouver B.C, where she obtained her degree as a Culinary, Pastry and Baking Chef.
Her goal was to have a children’s cooking show where she could use her skills and imagination to encourage children to eat healthy, have fun in the kitchen and learn valuable life lessons. After a year of hard work, a local TV station opened the doors of the world of English TV for her, a dream she had since she was a child.
Veronica will also publish her first children’s cookbook in the near future, featuring recipes from the show.
“Thanks to the imagination and the magic of my nieces Silvana and Francesca, who were my inspiration from the very beginning of this project, I go forth in my efforts to make this dream a reality.
My task is to transform food into fun and to bring a smile to the face of every child, without forgetting my secret ingredient, magic, which I use not only in the kitchen but also in my daily life. This is what has made a true difference.”
